Cancellation / Payment Policy

A secure credit card deposit of $250.00 is required to process your registration, of which $50 is non-refundable. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Rates are per person and include workshop, five nights lodging, and meals beginning with dinner on Sunday evening and continuing through lunch on Friday. All meals are served buffet-style. Dietary restrictions should be conveyed to NEQS by using the contact form on our website at least two weeks prior to check-in. Transportation costs are not included and are the responsibility of attendees.

FALL WORKSHOPS
Balance in full for fall workshops is due by Friday, August 16, 2024.
Invoices will emailed in mid-July for any balance due. Registrations after Friday, August 2, 2024, require immediate payment in full, of which $250 is non-refundable. Pay your balance-due by check (versus a credit card) at any time prior to Friday, August 16, 2024 and deduct $50.00. There are no refunds for cancellations after Friday, August 16, 2024. Paid registrations may be transferred to another person. $50 discount is not available for Day Students or Independent Study.
